Updated Saturn Programming FAQ to version 0.1.
Added Sporting Clays ISO/Modchip version to the Games section. Also the PAR/Gameshark version has been updated to use bitmap scroll planes instead of tiles.
Added PCXToSat, a program to convert PCX to scroll plane bitmaps (with palettes). Includes a demo (with source).
Updated SSConv. This version corrects a few small problems in the exported C files.
Added PAR-Communicate Tool to the Tools section. This file contains SSLINK.EXE, a dos PAR/GameShark tool.
TyRaNiD released a version of his Saturn debugger for the PAR/Gameshark.

Tools
SH-1/2 Disassembler (v0.2) can be used to disassemble Saturn binaries. It includes source, Win32 console exe, and a 32bit DOS exe. (Bart Trzynadlowski)
PCXToSat (version 0.1) is a program to convert PCX (8 bit) files to Saturn scroll plane format (with palette). It can output binary or C files. Also included in the archive is a bitmap plane sample program (with source). (Charles Doty)
SSConv (version 0.25) is a program to convert RAW (24 bit) files to 15 bit sprite format. It can output binary or C files, and can handle transparencies. (Charles Doty)
